Curtis Martin joined the Unification Movement in 1974 through the Oakland Family. He served on National MFT and Rev. Sudo’s IOWC in Ohio and New Jersey. From 1977 to 1979 he worked with News World home delivery in New Jersey and Brooklyn. In 1980 Curtis joined CARP under Tiger Park. While working with CARP in Atlanta GA he began his career in accounting.
Curtis was blessed in marriage to Sanae Yamamoto from Brazil at the Madison Square Garden in 1982. They currently live in Southern California. They have one daughter studying at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire.
Curtis retired in June 2016 from a thirty-five-year career in non-profit accounting. For the last twenty-five years, he has worked in credit unions as an Accounting Manager. Curtis is currently volunteering as bookkeeper for the Los Angeles Chapter of Women’s Federation for World Peace and serving on the local council for the Los Angeles Family Church.
