Rev. John Jackson

Background

Rev. John Jackson was born in El Monte, California in 1962 and joined the Unification Church in Georgia in 1984. The following year, he pioneered the Unification Church in Savannah, Georgia for one year and joined the Mobile Fundraising Team in 1985. He worked for OWP from 1986 to 1990. He received the Marriage Blessing with Fusae Tobisawa in Korea in 1989 and they have five children.

Rev. Jackson entered the private sector in 1992 and started his own company, A & J International. From 1996 to 1998 he was pastor of the Little Rock Arkansas Family Church. He became the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification USA vice regional leader for the Texas Region in 1999 and was a founding member of the American Clergy Leadership Conference, working across America on the ACLC 50 state tour.

 In 2005, he graduated from the Unification Theological Seminary with a Masters in Religious Education. Rev. Jackson went on to pioneer the Family Garden Church in Benton, Arkansas and in November, 2013 he served as district pastor representative for District 9. Since March, 2014, Rev. Jackson has been senior pastor of the Dallas Family Church.
