Mr. Katsuhiro Motoyama, a Unificationist-born youth, serves as a leader in Japan and presented on the “Possibility of the Unification Movement from a perspective of an NGO” at the Cheon Il Guk Leaders’ Assembly. His honest testimony on the struggles faced by Unificationists in Japan was refreshing and received with a huge round of applause. Upon hearing about his report, True Mother was inspired to order another award, which she presented to him at the award ceremony at the end of the assembly. From January 9 to 15, the Youth and Young Adult Ministry (YAYAM) held a Winter Workshop in Yellow Springs, West Virginia under the theme “Get Grounded,” where a total of 30 participants attended. Workshop staff member Daniel Drost, a 25-year-old Maryland native and former YAYAM leader, now co-directs young adult Divine Principle workshops with his friends.
